Access to Information
In terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), Mindstretch makes certain documents available to help members of the public request access to records.
Form 2 is the form a requester uses to ask for access to a record. Form 3 is used to communicate the outcome of a request and any fees payable.
