Mindstretch looks beyond the labels to the causes underlying learning or behavioural difficulties. Having identified the issues, we develop rational, individualised programmes aimed at strengthening and building the neurological pathways vital for learning and efficient functioning. By addressing the root cause, we lower stress and address other difficulties a child might face.
Facilitating a Coordinated Educational and Therapeutic Approach
We incorporate the HANDLE® (Holistic Approach to Neuro-Development and Learning Efficiency) methodology that was pioneered in the USA. We also apply other learning systems such as Brain Gym® in our programme.

We work also with intuition and flexibility when considering any child: every learner receives their own tailored programme. We keep building on our decades of experience. About HANDLE®
HANDLE® is an effective therapeutic approach for all ages and many challenges, including autism spectrum disorders, ADD/ADHD, compromised motor skills and coordination, conduct disorders, reading and writing difficulties, and sensory integration dysfunctions.
HANDLE® is founded on an interactive developmental model of human functioning. It incorporates techniques from medicine, rehabilitation, psychology, education and nutrition. Efficacy has been validated through successful real-world application and scientific research.
